July 28th, 2010

we are exposing confidential information about us by using our personal mail or e mail in the internet
we access financial institution such as banks, on the internet, risking our password for the latest cash deposits and withdrawals
we do internet shopping on E bay, or on other online shopping site, giving out our credit card numbers, passwords and confidential data about our personal lives..
we meet different people, from one point to another, risking our lives

is working on the internet risky?

I’m with you on this one! I don’t believe nothing is private anymore! These thieves even scam senior citizens over the telephone by getting their information. It’s really amazing to me with so much information given to us through TV; internet and postal mailings regarding identity theft until I just don’t understand how people continue to volunteer their information. I haven’t had it happen to me yet and I’m going to continue to play it as smart as I can in order to keep people out of my business.

can be risky at times, but most of the time it should be safe.

I think it’s risky. However, I have read that most identity theft is through paper. If a person is cautious and keeps up with best practices, they should be OK.

not really because if you’re good with handling computers you won’t have a problem like that and if you know good websites your confidential information will be safe
