What is the difference between an International Bank draft and a money order?

And is there a specific from for the International Bank Draft? and who are the main parties in this draft? and what is better? an International bank draft or money order?!!!

A Bank draft is issued by a Bank ( issuing Bank) in the name of a beneficiary to a Branch of the same Bank ( Drawee Branch) to a different location: Sometimes a Bank may issue a Draft to a different Bank and different location on arrangement basis: International Bank draft is a draft issued by a Foreign Bank to a Branch of its own or to its arranged Bank in to another country:
