   Rather then spent on stupid ads (unless you need stupid customers) why not invest in specialists education, like make all bank tellers know current bank fees and interests? I am SB and went to ANZ for a quote few time over the years - what a waist of time.
   Almost all commercials today show exactly what a product is missing!

    I find it comedy …
    I find it comedy how people who have a small little savings account have a fee overcharged or something then they rant on about how bad the bank is and how bad the customer service is. All banks are the same. Good ad!

    theres a continuity …
    theres a continuity error or whatever it is called. the part where he grabs the rope on the towtruck then the next part shows his hand slipping away from the metal part instead of the rope. good ad though
