And during the first day of their meeting, there was wide agreement that Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) are the financial institutions best placed to reach out to those who have no access to financial services.

Once MFI start …
Once MFI start taking in deposits and making charges to their clients, they become conventional banks, the very shark the poor and micro-enterprises were running away from earlier.
The MFI should be left to enjoy their financial edge in the market without these rich bureaucrats meddling in the poor pple’s source of stress free loans.
