I am really interested in the investment banking trade, but i dont know what grades i would need to get into the trade, and what course i would need to take at university, also what grades would i need to be able to work for Morgan Stanley?
i know this is a stupid question but do you need maths because alot of people have told me you dont??
My wife works at a top Investment Bank and showed me a list of new hires. Every one of them were from a top top top university and had math/engineering/finance/business degrees.

To work at a place like that you would probably need a degree. It’s very tough competition at the moment.
You could study anything from Economics, Business accounting and finance, Business management…

In order to even be considered for a banking job, you should be in the top 10% of your class, and you should be studying at one of the top universities in whatever country you’re in. If you don’t know what consists of a "top university," then you’ll need to do some research. For Undergrads, banks will rarely even look at someone from a school other than their "feeder" schools.
Just as important (if not more important) than your marks, however, is your work experience and extracurricular activities. You have to have DEMONSTRATED experience with quantitative analysis (ie: work in Microsoft Excel), and relevant job experience is a must. If it’s too late to build more experience, go back and emphasize your quant experience in whatever jobs you had.
Last but not least, brush up on the industry - learn financial terms, read the FT every day, and learn what a DCF, WACC, and a comp is. Then, right before you decide that this is definitely what you want to do, go read "Monkey Business," which is a book written about banking by two former bankers.
If after reading that you still want to work there, happy hunting!
