Why cant i log on to HSBC personal banking page?

I am registered to use internet banking and have done inthe past no probs. When I input my ID number and press submit, a few seconds go by and then the box just goes back to being blank again! Could this be somthing to do with the settings on this pc as its relatively new… HSBC dont seem to think theres a problem and this has been going on for weeks. many thanks

have you enabled cookies on your computer? and might be an idea to switch off pop up stoppers if you have them.

i can get on hsbc personal banking every time but my husband cant and we use the same computer, i have no idea why? i will keep looking at your answers maybe they can help me too.

I've been having problems recently with this as well. An error message usually comes up and asks you to call an 0870 number to get through to internet help
