Can you avoid key bank services charges by scheduling transfers between accounts?

Both my savings and checking accounts are under key bank and to avoid a monthly "Maintenance" charges it says you have to have at least five transactions with your account a month, so I was wondering if I scheduled five transfers between my checking and savings accounts a month would that work?

In Florida, and California if you are an Illegal Immigrant in America you can open a bank account to wire money across the border for a cheaper cost than traditonal wire services.
The Patriot Act describes this as International Money Laundrying, which is condoned by federally funded banks.
